LIRWC News

Welcome to the new 2023 spring semester! Our course catalog is now available in the Resources Section of this webpage. We again are offering a large variety of classes, including history, the arts, personal development, computer training, world wars, health & wellness, science, and much more. Several courses will be presented in the hybrid format, i.e., in the classroom and via Zoom. However, the majority of the courses are being held in person in the classroom. Everyone is glad to be able to gather and socialize once again. Classes start February 6, 2023, at the Waukesha campus; however, a few classes are starting earlier in January at the First Congregational United Church of Christ in Hartland. Check out the catalog for all the opportunities available. Please note that the total of registrations for any one class does NOT include the manual registrations received in the office. If you are interested in the total number registered for any one class, contact the office at 262-695-3473 or email: lir@wctc.edu.

Remember you can view all the courses and Special Interest Groups (SIGs) and sign up on this site. The SIGs can be found on the EVENTS tab on the home page. Also, you can pay for your membership dues and course fees via PayPal by submitting payment to lir@wctc.edu, or you can pay via check to be sent to the office by selecting “Pay via Invoice.” Questions? Contact the office at 262-695-3473 or email: contact@lirwc.org.

Special Interest Groups (SIGs) are still very active – visit pages 40-41 in the spring catalog for locations, meeting dates, and times or go to the Events tab and search for the SIG you are interested in. Or you can contact the office to sign you up.
