Description

Long a fixture of the Milwaukee area, the son of meat company magnate Patrick Cudahy has a peculiar tie to the Russian Civil War. The book “Archangel: The American War with Russia” highlights John Cudahy’s experience as a lieutenant in the vast winter wasteland in North Russia and provides context to why America invaded Russia after the Bolsheviks (early Communists) took power in 1918. Reading the book recommended, but not required.
